ReptileCalc primarily publishes original educational content, husbandry resources, and calculator tools for reptile keepers. Any third-party content appearing on the Website is used with permission, under license, or in accordance with applicable law.

Counter-Notification
If you believe material was removed in error or due to misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court and accepting service of process from the original complainant.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed material unless the original complainant files a court action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.
Repeat Infringer Policy
ReptileCalc reserves the right to remove content, suspend access, or terminate privileges for users who repeatedly violate copyright laws or intellectual property rights.
Good-Faith Requirement
Knowingly submitting false copyright claims, fraudulent takedown notices, or false counter-notifications may result in legal liability.
We encourage all parties to carefully review the facts and applicable law before submitting a notice or counter-notice.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this DMCA Policy at any time. Any changes become effective immediately upon publication on this page. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
